medibox

One inbox for every patient conversation.

medibox unified inbox with an AI suggested reply

Aesthetic clinics in Korea receive thousands of inquiries from overseas patients — scattered across Facebook, Instagram, LINE, WeChat and KakaoTalk. medibox pulls every channel into a single queue, so a coordinator can answer a Taiwanese patient on LINE and a Japanese patient on Instagram from the same screen.

An AI layer drafts replies from each clinic's own knowledge base and scores its confidence. It only sends automatically above a threshold the clinic controls — and never for refunds, complaints or medical questions.

  • 8 channels, one queue Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LINE, WeChat, KakaoTalk, Naver and email.
  • Guard-railed AI replies Confidence scoring, fact checks and hard "never auto-send" rules.
  • Built-in CRM Every inquiry tracked from first message to consult to booking.
  • Multi-clinic analytics Hourly load, channel mix and weekly per-clinic reports.

HCH Ops

The back office of a container terminal trucking company.

HCH Ops overview dashboard

A Busan port trucking operator was running dispatch, invoicing and collections on dozens of Excel files. HCH Ops replaced them with one keyboard-first system that the office team lives in all day.

Every container move becomes a line item, every line item becomes an e-tax invoice, and every bank deposit is matched back to what is owed — with the original Excel templates still printed exactly as customers expect.

  • Keyboard-first entry Shipper defaults, live VAT, auto-fill from BL numbers.
  • Dispatch boards Hourly truck allocation with automatic terminal release checks.
  • E-tax invoices & deposits Issued and reconciled through the Barobill API.
  • Receivables & analytics 37k accounts, monthly statements and 5-year revenue trends.

FAV

Where actors get discovered — by producers and by fans.

FAV weekly spotlight and rankings
FAV actor profile
FAV audition listings
FAV audition detail with apply card
FAV producer studio profile
FAV Playground community
FAV fan poll results
FAV sign-in with Google, Naver, Kakao and email

Casting sites usually reduce an actor to one static headshot. FAV treats people as performers: a video-first feed of intro reels, a living profile, and fans whose reactions help surface rising talent.

Producers post auditions and review applicants in context; actors apply from the same place they show their work. One responsive web app and native mobile apps serve all four roles — actor, producer, fan and admin.

  • Video-first feed Autoplaying intro reels with likes, comments and follows.
  • Audition listings Role filters, deadlines and in-app applications.
  • Favs & spotlight Weekly rankings driven by real feed activity.
  • Playground Community boards, polls and notices for the industry.
  • Producer studios Public studio pages, open roles and direct messaging.
  • Local social sign-in Google, Naver, Kakao and email, in Korean and English.

Staybox

Front desk, channel manager and revenue management — in one place.

Staybox market rate analysis
Staybox competitor set builder
Staybox OTA price monitor
Staybox daily RM report
Staybox AI assistant research answer
Staybox reservation calendar
Staybox room and bed assignment board
Staybox self check-in kiosk builder

Small hotels and guesthouses juggle a PMS, a channel manager, OTA extranets and a spreadsheet of prices. Staybox collapses all of it into one product with three modes — PMS, CM and RM — that share the same data.

The RM mode is the part owners feel in their revenue. Every night it re-prices the next 45 days per room type, using booking pace first and the market second, then pushes rates and stay rules to every OTA through Channex. Each change carries its reasons, so the owner can read why Tuesday went up ₩12,000 — and overrule it in one click.

  • RM Autopilot 45-day rate calendar per room type, explained date by date.
  • Market intelligence Competitor set, daily market rates and an 8-channel OTA price monitor.
  • Channel manager Two-way rates, availability and restrictions with Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Trip.com and more.
  • AI assistant Answers revenue questions with web research, evidence and a confidence level.
  • Room & bed board Auto-assignment built for hostels and dorms.
  • Kiosk & guest messaging QR self check-in, ID capture and one inbox for every OTA.

Rates, min-stay and closed-to-arrival rules go out via Channex

Every change logged with its reasons

Results land in the next morning's RM report

Faséa client credit wallets
Faséa weekly pattern session generator
Faséa class plans and packages

Members book a reformer or mat class from their phone in a few taps; credits are deducted, receipts issued and reminders sent automatically. Behind the desk, a weekly pattern generates the month's sessions in one click, the calendar shows capacity and waitlists, and client wallets, plans, sales and promotions live in the same place.

  • Online booking Class picker, live availability, waitlists and self-reschedule.
  • Credit wallets & plans Packages, trials and expiry rules, tracked per client.
  • Timetable automation A weekly pattern turns into a month of sessions, conflicts skipped.
  • WhatsApp & email automation Confirmations, reminders and renewal nudges via approved templates.
  • Sales & receipts Revenue by plan and payment method, with printable receipts.

What's Up Korea

A city travel guide that opens with one QR scan — in 14 languages.

whatsuptour.com ↗
What's Up Korea landing page

Built for regional tourism offices in Busan, Seoul, Geoje and Gyeongju. A visitor scans a QR code at an info center and lands in a guide already set to their language — no app install required.

Behind it, a CMS lets each city publish attractions, food, cafés and festivals once; AI translation fans the content out to 14 languages, and text-to-speech turns it into audio guides.

Every city is a subdomain on one codebase — busan, geoje, gyeongju, seoul, jeju — so launching a new region is content work, not engineering work.

  • 14 languages AI translation with automatic fallback between providers.
  • Zero-install onboarding QR scan, pick language and country, start exploring.
  • Per-city guides Attractions, food, cafés, festivals and stamp tours.
  • Map & nearby Location-aware places, currency exchange and info centers.
  • White-label for hotels The same engine as an in-room guest guide and chat.
  • Audio & analytics Polly voice guides and GA4 dashboards per region.
